Our commitment to EnQuest’s Core Values, adopted in 2018, will continue to shape the organization in 2020 and beyond. Our philosophy engages and empowers the company’s best asset: the employees. Team members are challenged to Never Stop Improving and to collaboratively Raise The Standard. This approach develops strategic partnerships with suppliers, strengthens our customer relationships, and provides returns to our investors.
Managing a cyclical industry and the trials of a pandemic, we understand the needs of our employees are more critical than ever. EnQuest has learned to adapt to an everchanging work environment. One where employees are encouraged to work from home wherever practical, as we provide the tools and the equipment needed to perform their job well, while the employee juggles the new demands of homelife. We have been presented with present challenges never experienced by living generations. We know how we respond during the COVID-19 pandemic is an opportunity to help define who we are as an organization.
Employees are continuously trained so they may return home the same way they left. EnQuest has embraced a Zero Accident policy that measures our performance and uses data to best protect our team members.

As we make good on our promise to deliver clean energy to the world, we do it with respect to the environment. We want the next generation to inherit a planet better than we found it. Our innovative equipment provides Eco-Solutions for completion and stimulation equipment, producing some of the lowest emissions in the industry. Energy diversification has resulted in a shift to natural gas and renewables. To meet this demand, EnQuest has retrofitted equipment with Tier 4 engines and Dual Fuel Solutions, reducing emissions and lowering fuel costs. Natural Gas conversion and the future with electric fracs reduces a producer’s carbon footprint and is a sustainable utilization of natural resources.
It’s not only the equipment we produce that needs to be environmentally friendly, but how we do it is equally important. EnQuest has embraced a very strict and environmentally protective culture. EnQuest has partnered with an environmental waste management company to recycle oils, greases, and metals that are a biproduct of our manufacturing processes. Wastewater produced from cleaning equipment is sent through an onsite purification system to be reused in our power washers and equipment testline.
As EnQuest’s company footprint grows in the industry, we aim to shrink our environmental footprint.
We take responsibility in protecting the communities and people that has helped build EnQuest. Only low voc’s are used in paint operations, reusable blast media for surface preparation, and equipment is only operated during hours that do not impact households, while having zero environmental releases.
