DIRECTOR

Mark Williamson is a Director of EnQuest Energy Solutions, located in the Calgary, Alberta office. Mark’s role as a Director is to provide insight, leadership and growth to the company. With over 30 years of servicing the oil and gas industry worldwide, he has a proven track record for building successful businesses. Mark’s prior experience includes working for Westfab Group of Companies, GasFrac Energy Services (Public TSX), Enerflow Industries, Crown Industries, BJ Well Services, Nowsco Well Services, Canadian Fracmaster. He is currently a member of the following Associations and/or is a member of the following Boards or Committees, EnQuest Energy Solutions, Ki International, EnQuest Capital Corporation, LarMar Properties. When Mark is not busy in the office, he enjoys golf, water skiing and hiking. He also enjoys traveling the world to explore new places and learn new cultures.

DIRECTOR

Larry Lindholm is a Director of EnQuest Energy Solutions located in the Calgary, Alberta office. As a Director of EnQuest, Larry provides his expertise in managing, guiding and promoting the business in the industry. His strong work ethic, global travels and, leadership experience drives him to share all of this with his team which is exciting and rewarding to him. Previous roles include working for the Westfab Group of companies, GASFRAC Energy Services Inc (public on TSX), Enerflow Industries Inc., Crown Energy Technologies, Crown Industries Inc., Crown Caisson Industries Inc., Nowsco Well Service Ltd. Larry is also a member of the following Associations and/or Boards/Committees, EnQuest Energy Solutions, EnQuest Capital Corporation, and LarMar Properties. When Larry is not in the office he enjoys watching and playing hockey, golfing and numerous water sports and eating great food. And all of this done with his family and friends.

PRESIDENT

C. Jim “Jamie” Stewart, IV, is the President of EnQuest Energy Solutions’ US based office, located in Houston, TX. He has 25 years of experience in manufacturing, repair and service of oilfield service equipment. With Jamie’s experience and leadership in this industry, every day, he works with diligence to make improvements in every aspect. His prior roles include President and CEO, Surefire Industries; Sales Manager, Stewart & Stevenson. Jamie is currently an Association member of or is a Board or Committee member of the following: Intervention and Coiled Tubing Association (ICoTA), Energy Workforce and Technology Council, Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Board of Directors – EnQuest Energy Solutions. In his free time, Jamie enjoys spending his time with his family and the outdoors.

CFO

Keith Jenkins is the Chief Financial Officer of EnQuest Energy Solutions, located in the Houston, TX office. Keith brings over 30 years’ experience in the energy industry, both domestic and international, primarily focused in the finance and accounting side of the business in Controller and CFO capacities. His prior experience includes Surefire Industries, NextEra, ENGIE, Koch, Enron and KPMG and encompasses manufacturing, energy trading, retail power, chemicals, natural gas liquids and management of renewable energy assets. Keith is a member of the following Associations and/or Boards and Committees, The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executive Network Group, Board of Directors – EnQuest Energy Solutions. When Keith is not in the office, he enjoys cycling and hiking and spending quality time with his family.

VP OF SALES, US

Tyler Beasley is the Vice President of EnQuest Energy Solutions, located in the Houston, Texas office. Tyler has over 30 years of diverse experience in the energy business, has held various engineering, commercial operations and executive leadership roles engaged in product design, directing worldwide commercial operations expansion efforts, and integrating several key acquisitions. Previous roles include working for Schlumberger, Henry Production, Cummins Inc. GE Power, Baker Hughes. When Tyler is not busy in the office, he enjoys snow skiing, hiking, water sports and supporting his daughter in competitive equestrian riding.
